  • S — Structured — formal learning with clear objectives and outcomes
  • U — Unstructured — informal reading, research or self-directed learning

Formal learning with clear objectives and outcomes. Informal reading and self-directed research count too, as unstructured — the requirement is that at least half of the twenty hours are structured.
